"She" Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    1 small onion
    1/2 tsp. mace
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. white sauce
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    1/4 c. crab roe
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. dry sherry
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients lightly.
    Add sherry.
    Cook over low heat 25 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
