1 large potato
3 large onions
sugar
Carnation milk
1 c. self-rising flour
oil
Preparation

Cut potato
in\tstrips and onions in strips; sprinkle a little sugar
over
them.\tLet
stand
10 minutes.
Put enough Carnation milk over them to moisten real good.
Put flour over and mix well.
Put\tin
deep oil and cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
