Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper and pound it into steak.
    Brown the steak in Dutch oven or deep skillet.
    Mix tomatoes and onion and heat to a boil.
    Layer with steak and cook in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cover before cooking.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
