Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Gently squeeze broccoli to extract all liquid.
    Spread broccoli in pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat eggs, salt and pepper.
    Beat half and half into eggs until well blended.
    Pour into pie shell. Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake 15 minutes before serving.
