Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 qt. tomatoes
4 c. chopped onions
4 c. chopped peppers
4 Tbsp. salt
4 to 6 chopped hot peppers
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
5 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
-
Cook all except vinegar until thickened, then add cider vinegar.
Cook down again until thickened.
