Cold Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen peas
    2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
    1 (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimento (for color)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    garlic salt and pepper to taste
    mayonnaise to coat
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients.
    Keep adding mayonnaise until all ingredients are covered well.
    Peas can either be left out to thaw or mix frozen if made ahead of time such as the night before.
