Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 medium onion
    2 sticks celery
    5 or 6 potatoes
    6 carrots
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in casserole dish raw.
    Cover tightly and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Delicious.
