Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 small cans diced green chilies
4 eggs
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. canned milk
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 oz. yellow cheese, shredded
1 small can chopped olives
4 green onions, chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix eggs, flour, milk, Jack cheese and diced chilies together. Pour into buttered casserole.
Pour tomato sauce over top and smooth.
Top with yellow cheese, olives and onions.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
