Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 potatoes
    2 apples
    2 dill pickles, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    4 celery stalks, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
    Cool and peel and dice each.
    Add mayonnaise and allow to chill thoroughly. Add peeled and diced apples and remaining ingredients.
    Chill before serving.
    Serves approximately 75.
