Italian Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box spaghetti (7 or 10 oz.)
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cumin seed
    1 can tomato paste
    dash of red pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 can mushrooms (stems and buttons)
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti and drain.
    Cook onions and celery in shortening until clear.
    Add hamburger meat; cook until done, but not brown.
    Add the rest of ingredients.
    Mix with spaghetti and place in a baking dish.
    Top with 1/2 pound of cheese, grated. Bake until cheese melts.
