Navy Cake With Richmond Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix liquids together well in a large bowl.
    Add the dry ingredients; beat until smooth.
    Bake for about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
    Let cool.
