Bev'S Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. shredded sharp, processed American cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    Dash red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften; combine cheese, juice, garlic and pepper; beat with beater until fluffy. Stir in nuts; shape in roll.
    Sprinkle with chili powder and paprika mixture.
    Serve with crackers.
