Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    oil
    1 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack or rat cheese)
    1 avocado or guacamole
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet. Drain and rinse beef in a colander. Return beef to skillet. Add onion and spices with water to cover. Simmer about 30 minutes.
    Dip corn tortillas in hot oil to soften. Fill with beef mixture and roll. Place in flat baking dish. Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted. Top with Green Salsa along with avocado or guacamole and sour cream, if desired.
