Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 small jar carrots
    1 small jar pineapple
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon.
    Add salt and vanilla.
    Combine eggs and sugar and add carrots, pineapple, nuts, raisins.
    Add moist and dry ingredients.
    Lightly grease 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until shrinks from sides of pan.
