Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (mild)
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Drain pineapple (chop in fine pieces).
    Mix sugar and flour, add pineapple juice gradually.
    Cook until thick and bubbly.
    Add chopped pineapple and grated cheese.
    Place in buttered casserole. Top with the 2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs mixed with the 1/2 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
