Sandies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. granulated sugar substitute
    2 tsp. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar substitute; add water and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add flour and pecans.
    Chill 3 to 4 hours.
    Shape in balls or fingers.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Cool.
