Oven Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    1 (14 oz.) can drained halved artichoke hearts
    1 (19 oz.) can undrained Italian-style tomatoes
    1/2 c. drained pitted black olives
    1 pkg. Shake and Bake Italian coating mix
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 whole chicken legs, cut in half
    3 c. uncooked penne or fusilli pasta
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place zucchini and artichokes in large shallow casserole dish. Add tomatoes and olives.
