Bohemian Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
2 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Sift flour with salt,
and
spices;
set
aside.
Cream sugars,
eggs and oil.
Beat
soda\twith
buttermilk.
Add\tto creamed mixture, gradually\tadd dry ingredients; then vanilla, coconut and pecans.
Mix
well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
