Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped raw rhubarb
    butter
    3 egg whites
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and sugar until blended in small bowl.
    Stir in flour and salt, blending well.
    Add rhubarb.
    Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
    Dot with butter as desired (I like 1/2 stick or more).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes or until firm.
    Let cool.
