Coconut Macaroon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients and stir in 1 can of coconut. Bake in prepared pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
