Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 slices white bread, cut in cubes
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute and drain sausage and spread in 2-quart baking dish. Layer bread cubes, then cheese.
    Beat eggs with salt and mustard. Pour egg mixture over all.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
