Lasagna 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1/2 lb. mild bulk sausage
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (12 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and drain.
Brown sausage and hamburger; drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce; set aside.
Combine egg, Ricotta cheese, parsley, oregano, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
Layer 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of Ricotta cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/3 of remaining meat sauce.
Repeat layers using equal amounts.
Arrange mushrooms and pepperoni on top.
Spoon remaining sauce on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
