Pork Loin With Tangy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork tenderloin
    3 Tbsp. garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. apple jelly
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Coat meat with 3 tablespoons each garlic salt and chili powder.
    Cook in uncovered roasting pan at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours and 20 minutes before roasting is done.
    Coat it in a sauce made of remaining ingredients which have been brought to a boil.
    Serve rest of sauce on the side.
