Melon Madness - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. peeled cubed cantaloupe or honeydew melon
1/4 c. skim milk
2 tsp. chopped fresh mint
1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla fat-free yogurt
Preparation

Place melon cubes in a single layer on a jelly roll pan. Freeze melon cubes at least 1 1/2 hours. Place frozen melon and remaining ingredients in a blender and process until mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.
