Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 small onion
salt and pepper
1 container sour cream
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 pkg. Stove Top chicken stuffing

Preparation

Cook chicken with onion, salt and pepper until tender.
Let chicken cool.
Pick meat from bones and cut into small pieces.
