Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. grated cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. broth
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts in salted water until done.
Skin, debone and cut into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients together except potato chips and cheese.
Put in oblong baking dish and pour 1/2 cup chicken broth over mixture.
Top with layer of crushed chips, then grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes uncovered.
