Shrimp Remoulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. horseradish mustard
    3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped green onions and tops
    1 1/2 lb. peeled, cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients
    except shrimp in blender;
    mix for a few seconds until
    smooth.
    Marinate
    the
    shrimp in the sauce for several hours before
    serving; chill well in refrigerator.
    Serve as an appetizer, on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
