Aunt Mary'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. oil
4 c. diced apples
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

In bowl, mix sugar, eggs, oil and apples by hand.
Stir in all dry ingredients until everything is mixed (will be lumpy and almost dry).
Pour/scrape into a 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
