Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
3 avocados, mashed with salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can sliced olives
1 (12 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 to 4 jalapeno peppers, sliced (optional)
Preparation

On a round serving platter, layer the following, bean dip, avocados mixed with lemon juice, sour cream mixed with taco seasoning, onions, tomatoes, olives, cheese and jalapenos.
Serve with corn chips.
