Pork Casserole With Cashews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork steak, cut in strips
    6 pieces celery, cut fine
    1 large green pepper, cut fine
    2 c. chicken rice soup
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 pkg. broad noodles
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. cashews, crushed
Preparation
    Fry the strips of pork until lightly browned.
    Add other ingredients, except butter and nuts.
    Pour into large casserole; dot with butter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle the crushed nuts over the top and continue baking for 30 minutes.
    Add water if casserole seems dry.
