**Honey Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. honey
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. soda
flour
cinnamon to taste
nutmeg to taste
cloves to taste

Preparation

Bring honey and sugar to a boil.
To the hot syrup add first some of the flour, then the beaten eggs, then more flour mixed with the soda.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
I roll mine and press pecan half on each cookie.
