Mrs. Helen Ara'S Fluffy White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. white Karo
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except vanilla.
Place in double boiler and beat with electric mixer at high speed for 7 minutes until right consistency to spread. Add vanilla.
