Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1 lb. Tally Ho cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. onion juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. Sauterne
    steak sauce
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix ingredients except steak sauce and pecans.
    Chill in refrigerator just long enough for easy shaping.
    Shape into 2 balls.
    With spoon, make a deep indentation in top of each ball and fill with 1 tablespoon of steak sauce.
    Cover by pressing cheese smoothly over hole.
    Roll ball in pecans.
    Makes 2 balls.
