Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 whole, cooked potatoes
    1 raw carrot, peeled
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In meat grinder, shred potatoes and carrot.
    Place in casserole.
    Mix in sour cream and 2 cups of the shredded cheese. Add parsley.
    Mix together.
    Top with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese on top is bubbling.
