Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. finely chopped apples
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift
    together
    all
    dry ingredients.
    Blend eggs, oil, sugar and
    vanilla.
    Add sifted dry ingredients to the liquid. Batter will be stiff.
    Stir in apples and pecans.
    Pour into a greased and
    floured
    tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Allow cake to cool, then remove from pan.
    Cake freezes well.
