Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta
1 c. half and half
2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
2 c. milk with 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Cajun seasonings
Preparation

Melt cheese with half and half in a double boiler.
Add broccoli and milk mixture.
Season to taste.
