Homemade Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large hens
    7 to 8 lb. lean pork
    1 gal. ketchup
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    1 small loaf bread
    salt to taste
    1 can corn (optional)
Preparation
    Cook meat until done; drain juices and save.
    Debone hens; grind meats in food chopper.
    In bottom of a 16-quart cooker, put butter and ketchup.
    Add meat, salt and pepper; stir constantly so it won't stick.
    Place bread in meat stock; let it soak, then add it to the meat mixture and heat well.
    Add corn; stir well.
