Beer Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 green pepper
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. beer
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and pepper.
    Add celery seed, onion, salt and pepper.
    Thin mayonnaise with beer; add to cabbage.
    Toss thoroughly; chill in refrigerator before serving.
    Excellent with ham or corned beef.
    Serves 6.
