Wild Elderberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ripe elderberries
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 double pie crust
Preparation

Mix berries, sugar, salt, tapioca and lemon flavoring.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour into pastry-lined 9-inch pan and cover with top crust.
Cut vents in top crust.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking until fruit bubbles through air vents and crust is lightly browned.
