Pumpkin Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the above ingredients together.
    Melt 1/2 stick butter in pan or dish you plan to bake the casserole in.
    Pour the mixture into dish.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set and browned.
