Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. bread crumbs
1 medium eggplant
1 medium onion
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cheese
Preparation
-
Fry hamburger and onion until lightly browned.
Parboil eggplant in salt water until tender.
Add bread crumbs and cream of mushroom soup.
Fold in eggplant.
Shred grated cheese on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
