Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 pkg. dry Ranch mix (salad dressing)
    finely chopped veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls on pizza pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned (8 to 10 minutes).
    Remove and cool.
    Mix together thoroughly cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch mix.
    Spread on crust.
    Top with veggies.
    Cut into small pizza wedges.
