Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine the cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Dip chicken in margarine.
    Dredge in cracker crumb mixture.
    Place chicken in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan (spray with Pam). Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
