Tex-Mex Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 1/2 c. picante sauce
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (Stove Top stuffing may be used)
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine meat, beans, 1 cup picante sauce, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, eggs, cumin and salt; mix well.
    Put into ungreased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Pour off drippings. Combine remaining picante sauce and brown sugar.
    Mix well. Spread on top of meat loaf.
    Cook another 15 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
