Butter Orange Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Cream butter until light and fluffy.
    Add brown sugar gradually, beating to a light, fluffy mass.
    Stir in orange rind. Serve on pancakes or waffles instead of syrup.
