Tater Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 peeled potatoes, cut up in chunks
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large carrot, cut in small pieces
    1 can celery soup
    1 1/4-inch chunk Velveeta cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes in as little water as possible and boil down.
    Add carrots and onion and finish cooking. Add butter, celery soup and milk. Bring to a boil. Add Velveeta cheese and simmer until time to serve.
