Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. ground green peppers
    3/4 c. ground hot peppers
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    5 1/2 c. sugar
    1 bottle pectin jelly
    6 or 8 drops green food coloring
Preparation
    Place all peppers, vinegar, sugar and coloring in a cooking vessel.
    Bring to full boil.
    Strain and add pectin to the jelly. Let stand 10 minutes or until beginning to jell.
    Pour into sterile jars and cover with paraffin.
    Serve on a block of cream cheese with crackers.
