Easy Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    mayonnaise
    Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins.
    Peel and cut in bowl.
    Mix in enough mayonnaise to moisten the potatoes.
    Add desired amount of cut-up Velveeta.
    Put some on top; season to taste.
    Pour into casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts, about 1/2 hour, depending on size of dish used.
