Pie Plant Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    little flour
    dash of salt
Preparation
    In pie plate make crust.
    Over crust spread rhubarb, flour and sugar; mix.
    Beat together eggs, cream, flour and salt.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until custard is almost set.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over pie.
    Bake 10 more minutes.
