Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery
    1 c. carrots
    1 can water chestnuts, broccoli or peas
    1 can cream of chicken soup, diluted
    blanched almonds
Preparation
    Slice celery and carrots.
    Microwave on High until a bit soft.
    Layer with water chestnuts, broccoli or peas (whatever). Add cream of chicken soup.
    Sprinkle blanched almonds on top and bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
